The Challenge: Our client, a blue chip company, was concerned that its team of technical designers was not pulling together cohesively. Designers were very much acting in isolation of each other and not for the greater good of the department or company overall.

The Solution: We recommended a personal branding campaign to allow clarity and communication of each team members' personal attributes. Through a series of one : one coaching sessions we worked with each member to understand their own unique strengths, skills, values and passions. We then secured a promise from each member about the value they would deliver to their department.

The Result: Consultants reported feeling valued for their individuality and said that they now had a freedom to achieve their goals whilst remaining true to their inner core. Paradoxically, the department was seen to have increased cohesiveness by other departments in the company.
