4. A marketing-led consultancy
It’s often said that we’re all in marketing now. Yet marketing often continues to operate in isolation of market trends - at local and international levels. Our programmes are marketing-led and customer focused. Yet, marketing led is only useful if there is functional alignment within the organization, repositioning the company to be ahead of its competitors and at the sharp end of global trends.
We take a collaborative approach to research, a technique we call Active Research. What this means in practice is that, where applicable, we interact with our research sample in order to begin implementing change at the same time. This speeds up results.
Active Research provides us with a snapshot of the business in context. Upon appointment we research both internal and external stakeholders. We then produce a situational analysis and fully scope the programme. In this way, we have a far-reaching view of the competitive climate and the internal and external issues facing our clients.
