Jenny Plaister-Ten

Jenny has 25 years experience in business growth and management, sales and marketing. She has substantial emerging-market experience: having lived and worked in Europe, USA, and Asia. Jenny's background encompasses a good mix of companies: start-ups, market leaders and multi-nationals.

Jenny's marketing experience extends to all elements of marketing mix, including: strategy, research, e-marketing, channel development, product management and communications.

Jenny began her career in the IT sector has subsequently worked in multiple sectors including: education, financial services, health, legal, personal development, public services, retail and telecommunications.

Jenny is a qualified coach and certified NLP Practitioner and is currently working towards an MA in Coaching and Mentoring with Oxford Brookes Universiity.

As part of her work in the community, Jenny is a volunteer youth mentor for Oxfordshire County Council.

Bridget Grenville-Cleave

Bridget has over 17 years experience in Organisational Change Management, Finance, and Business Strategy with multi-national FMCGs, Financial Services, the Voluntary Sector, and Independent Broadcasting.

Bridget's project experience includes change planning and implementation, quality improvement, cost saving, functional transformation, ERP implementation, communications, employee engagement, strategy, vision and values, and people development.

Bridget leads the Open University Business School (OUBS) South West Alumni Network and represents the South West on the OUBS Alumni Advisory Board. She received the first ever MBA Alumnus of the Year Award.

Bridget is a qualified coach and certified NLP Practitioner, and is currently working towards an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology at the University of East London. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a member of the Gloucestershire and Bristol & Bath Coaching Networks and she is an MBA (Open).

Bridget is also Treasurer of the Friends of Meysey Hampton School charity.
