Increasing sales revenues through innovative new services and routes-to-market

THE CHALLENGE: Our client, an IT company with a mobile software solution that analyses the workflow in remote field operations; such as field service operators, or facilities management, was struggling to generate sufficient revenues to enable it to secure a significant source of funding (£3m) for its next level of expansion.

THE SOLUTION: Over the course of eighteen months we worked with both the MD and the sales and marketing teams and implemented the following:

  • The launch of a new analytics solution to analyse the big data requirements of their key customers
  • The development of an eco-system of partners across the entire supply chain that each have granular knowledge of the critical steps within their workflow
  • An innovative approach to client management that called for the co-creation of a new suite of help-desk services resulting in a forecasted revenue of £7.5m over three years.

THE RESULTS: The company has now secured the necessary funding to grow to the next level. This includes expansion into the U.S. market. It has also recently received further investment by a market-leader in the field.
